Yay! We have a new roof!After Terrence finished patching the part of our roof that we were both concerned about back in May, we did not communicate again until he emailed me on July 29th to ask if it was okay for the work to begin the following Tuesday, August 2nd. Going back to April, when we first spoke, Terrence was upfront that he did not know when the work would begin simply because weather cannot be accurately predicted. Terrence was great! A neighbor had referred us to him for some repair work in the past & then we decided to use him for the new roof this month. It looks great & his prices were very reasonable!
