Michelle, the owner, is amazing. I've done electrolysis for almost 50 years from electrologists on the east, west coasts and been extremely lucky to have ALL excellent ones. Michelle is no exception. She is also very kind, professional, affordable, and accommodating. I also take my 99 year-old mom to her. Her work space is very neat, comfortable, and parking is easy. The business is off 580 in Castro Valley. So if you are seeking such a service in East Bay, you will NOT be disappointed in utilizing Michelle. In fact, I am thrilled to know I don't have to go to San Francisco to get stellar treatments.

I have seen Michell for electrolysis on at least 4 occasions, if not more. She is professional, kind, very good at electrolysis, and has been in the business for ages. I have been treated with the utmost respect and best customer services. I would recommend Michelle to those seeking a local Electrologist. Aside from excellent customer service and a great job with the probe/tweezer, Michelle is kind and one of the most affordable electrologists I know.

Ms. Michelle is the sweetest person ever. She is so welcoming and supportive. When I came to her, I was looking for answers to why I was struggling with the added hair. She talked out the idea of PCOS, gave recommendations, explained what I should ask my doctors about, and continued to provide excellent service. In top of all that, when I started to experience more pain with the procedure, she had plenty of tricks and tips to help manage it so I can continue treatment. She has been a blessing and I cannot thank her enough.
