The hairdresser has almost 30 years of experience, is very knowledgeable, and pays careful attention to hair texture, part, and growth pattern to find a great cut. She is honest, hard working, and straightforward, never upselling. Customers appreciate that she takes the time to do it right, is willing to make adjustments for satisfaction, and wants to know how they like to style or not style their hair. She is reasonably priced and excels at transforming hair, creating perfect layers and cuts that grow out well and withstand the test of time. The environment is friendly, with chit chat and laughs. Many clients, some for over eight years, find it hard to imagine going elsewhere and highly recommend her magic hands and great advice.

I've been coming to Maya for over 8 years. I think she's reasonably priced and does an INCREDIBLE job with my hair. EACH time. It's a no fuss salon environment and that's fine with me. I don't need all the expensive waters or beverages, I just want a quality hair cut that fits my life style and work. I have a ton of hair, and maya always does an incredible job with my layers. My hair also grows out well, which I appreciate. People also comment on how well my hair grows out: Additionally, she always wants to know how I like to style or NOT style my hair. She doesn't upsell and is straight forward. And through the years, I've appreciated the chit chat and laughs we've had. It's hard to imagine going elsewhere. Try her out. You'll be amazed.
I only get my hair cut twice a year, so am very choosy about who I entrust with the scissors. I choose Maya Hair Salon every time, because she is very careful and takes the time to do it right. She also is willing to make adjustments so that the cut is exactly to the customer’s satisfaction. It’s hard to find a hairdresser that can transform long, wild hair into a perfectly layered short ‘do that withstands the test of time. My friends are still complimenting my hair weeks later!
