I decided to try out chiropractic care with Dr. Henstock after years of neck and shoulder pain and stiffness, that I had just accepted as my norm. :( Dr. Henstock is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain chiropractic care and the process of what was going on in my body. After some adjustments, my neck stiffness and shoulder pain are completely gone. My regular workouts are easier, because my body and spine are more aligned and my mobility is increased. Dr. Henstock is incredible! I've had chronic pain for the past two years from injuries, but after being under his care, it's made a HUGE difference in my physical comfort, allowing me to resume activities I thought I may have to give up. It's great having a doc I can trust and who just "gets" what is going on in my body and can apply treatment that improves things!
