I personally love Lala & the way she knows her way around the salon! The way how she made my hair look amazing like I still can not get over it! I still get compliments even after 4 months! I went from having a blonde moment to going back to dark hair and wanted more volume in my hair with layers and easy to upkeep. After telling Lala what I wanted she worked up her magic fingers and went to work on my hair . When I tell you that my hair hasn’t felt this healthy or shiny looking in like yearssss! it was giving a whole vibe and I immediately started acting Different. Ugh I love my hair sooo much! I've been looking for a new hairdresser for some time and I was referred to Hair It Is in Castro Valley Ca. Connie the owner was wonderful she did a great cut and color I Just Love it. Connie and the other hairdresser were all so nice,I had a great and fun time. I'm a housecleaner so of course I notice how clean and well maintained her beauty shop is. I definitely will be going back. Thank-you Connie I love it

I have baby fine hair that has zero body. I have had hairstylist who refused to style my hair because it is so lifeless. After searching all over the Bay Area for years, I have finally found an amazing stylist & I even have options of how to style my hair myself now!
