Dr. Guilford is one of the best chiropractors I've visited in my lifetime. He takes a holistic approach and will also recommend exercises to help you heal quicker. He's also a great listener and you can tell he really cares about the outcome of his patients. Glad he's in Castro Valley!

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Guilford! The first time I met him was for my wife to get adjusted after a car accident, this was in July of 2019 (long before covid). He helped her so much in her first treatment we came in because she woke up one day and couldn't turn her neck it was so stiff. We found him in our list of preferred doctors (he accepts many different insurances) BCBS Medicare and Kaiser are just a few that I know of because these are the ones I have. Anyway he fixed her up.
