Amazing staff, super patient, understanding, and they had great music! They were able to see us within two days for an urgent matter even being first time patients. I was super nervous as this was my toddler’s first time at the dentist and it was for a tooth extraction. I was also nervous since it wasn’t a pediatric specialty location but our insurance wouldn’t let us go anywhere else. My nerves were gone the second we were greeted. They put on frozen music for my daughter, were very comforting to me as the emotional parent, and made it overall better than I could have imagined. Thank you!
My experience with this office and staff are wonderful from the receptionist up to the dentist and all in between…they are professional and friendly. I am extremely impressed with this office and have nothing but praise to say about my experiences here.
The service is great. I was well taken care of. However I was disappointed to find out that Kaiser Delta Dental only pays once a year for cleaning so I had to pay the full amount. This doesn't take away from Bright now dental it's not their fault it's Kaiser so Kaiser isn't all that. You get what you pay for. Cheap insurance cheep care. Remember that seniors.
