My partner accidentally broke the frame of my glasses, so we had to order a new frame and we had the option to go in and get it swapped out. At first, the new frames wouldn’t clasp around my lenses, which was odd since they were the exact same ones. The receptionist originally suspected that the lenses were too thick, and I was ready to just order a new set overall, but Marcy was able to get them to clasp securely without damaging anything! It was such a relief. Thank you so much!!!
Must share a most positive review of the customer service experience my daughter and I just had at this location with Jas who was at the front desk. She greeted us happily and assisted us without charge and was very patient with us. This is much appreciated as I am 91 yrs. young and will be making an appointment to come back for an eye exam and glasses!
