The nail technicians and the owner (I think she was the owner) were very nice. I had to bring my 7 old with me. The lady that that did my toes cut the crap out the of my right toe nail. I showed my husband and it looks like she separated the flesh from my nail and called it an ingrown. It definitely wasn’t, my toes nails are cauterized. I don’t think I will be back. It’s still very sore.

Their space is clean, staff is so polite & designs are always done perfectly. I got Disney inspired nails & Bi took great care of me.
