Our tech Simon is the best. He goes above and beyond every time. As much as it sucks to need to have the exterminator come our whole family enjoys when Simon comes for a service call.

After calling several local vendors who were too busy to work within our small window, I was referred to Western by a national brand who said they did not do inspections for home purchases. Andy was on time and super easy to work with. For those in the process of buying a home, there is a charge for the inspection, $200 or $250, I can't remember, so when you call, let them know. Also, if there's work that needs to be completed, they will knock off the cost of the inspection on the work order, so overall, very fair. Bid was very responsible and included a thorough walkthrough of our entire condo complex. All pest & access issues were successfully resolved. Techs were friendly, thorough and did very clean, detailed and good work.
