Gerrell as always, amazing and always comes to the rescue. We been with the company since October 2023 and Gerrell has always been there whenever we need him. Today, he was able to come over and teach my son’s nurse the basics regarding the Vent and other medical equipment he uses or might need in case of an emergency. Gerald is my husband’s Repiratory therapist he’s amazing and very knowledgeable about all the stuff about respiratory. We knew him since my husband got his trach and he’s worked with us for almost 5 years and all i can say is that he’s a really good person and therapist. Thanks Gerald.
