Gerald is my husband’s Repiratory therapist he’s amazing and very knowledgeable about all the stuff about respiratory. We knew him since my husband got his trach and he’s worked with us for almost 5 years and all i can say is that he’s a really good person and therapist. Thanks Gerald.
delivery guy was great but trying to get a straight answer without being sent to an other dept by phone, or having to call another company they have no info on, then find out from said company they didn't receive fax from super care so having to call back and wait again because nobody answers the phone when ur on HOLD while my mother suffers in wait...."super?" nope.
We were assisted by Gerald. He did an fantastic job. He was on time, friendly, respectful, and did an excellent job training us on the ventilator. He even went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed.
