I live in Atlanta so I order their products online. They need to work on their shipping schedule. I ordered on Sept 1st, and it's Sept 18th and still haven't received an email with tracking information. Estimated delivery was Sept 12th. And since the shipping costs are not cheap, I was expecting my delivery to be on time, or at least an email by now. This is now the 3rd time this has happened with me ordering online. I really like their products, but they need a better system for their online orders.
I have been going here for about 4 years now and I see a huge difference in my skin. Gwyn has been my esthetician for the most part. A couple of times I have had Mari and she is just as great. I highly recommend these 2 ladies.
