I'm very happy and satisfied. Win achieved the color of what I want to help cover and blend my gray hair. I got lots of compliments from my family and friends. It's a bit pricey but she did a Great job, indeed! Perfect location, the place is nice and quiet. Love the ambiance of the salon, nice music and clean. I feel pretty safe, the main door remains locked for safety in any kind of intruders. Overall

First off, I have virgin black Asian hair. I have bet had it touched in three years. I wanted a drastic change that would not require a lot of maintenance. I went with a greige shadow balayage. I didn't want the roots to be too light as my hair grow so fast. Nguyen agreed to Accommodate my busy work schedule. I was there for a long time! We cut off about 8+ inches as I had super long hair. The result is stunning! Her cuts are amazing!!! The color is better than I showed her! Overall, I will recommend her to everyone! She asked me to come back in 6 months.

I have been to multiple hair salons. But none have given me the haircut that I asked for. I only showed the hairstylist what I wanted and she did not need to ask for more. I came out of there feeling new and very happy with my hair
