Today is my first time coming here. It’s pretty close to my house so I decided to try them out.
1. Pricing on website is NOT the pricing in store.
2. The couple that came in before me were greeted and seated; the lady at the counter turned her back when it came to me and proceeded to start on a customer in her chair.
3. At no point was I ever greeted after that until it was time to be serviced and then it was just a point to a chair.
4. A customer that came in after me was sat and serviced before I was even acknowledged.
5. My eyebrows came out nice; her perfume smelled pretty so I gave three stars.

I was supposed to get a call from the lash tech regarding lashes since it’s my first time wanting them done. That was almost a month ago. Never heard anything. I will be finding another location that offers threading and eyelash services.

I had the BEST experience getting my brows done here! From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, clean, and professional. I told them I was nervous about getting my eyebrows done after letting them grow out because most previous places had shaped them differently or too thin for my liking, that it made me scared to get them threaded again. BUT they took the time to map them out for me as I only wanted a cleaning and they nailed it! I will DEFINITELY be coming back!
