Best therapy out there for real. You’ll walk out of class stronger, more confident, more sassy, self assured and tap into your inner goddess/ freak. You’ll be ready to take on life head on because of the intrinsic skills and knowledge your body is capable of. These humans are pure gold (and my reviews are pure gold.
