HORRRIBLEEEE DO NOT GOOO!!! my friend & I visited this place to get a massage and we're very good tippers. We always tip 18%+ when we're given any service. The massage was like actually not good at all & we're not picky. We still tipped though! The lady at the counter wasn't satisfied with the tipped and said she couldnt accept anything less than 10$... we were like huhhhh?!! she was super rude too like trying to force us to tip but like WE WERE tipping!! She then practically chases us to our car after we said we have no more cash and tried to charge our card for the tip... she was literally at the window of the car telling us to use our cardsb.... read full review

Worst customer service. I literally had to call the police because they tried holding my ID hostage over a tip that they didn’t deserve. Then one of them literally started assaulting me. Definitely reporting to state board

Went as a walk in and there was one lady working. She said she would squeeze me in because one of her appointments didn't show up, which was fine with me. She did however ensure I would still receive my full hour. During the massage I could tell she was rushing, she also kept stopping and running in and out of the room. So I asked if she had another client coming, she said something to me which was completely not understandable, not English. During the end of the massage she ran to the front at least 3 times. So I assumed her next client had arrived so I told her she could skip the face part and finish my arms hands and feet. She ignored me and continued. Then quickly... read full review
