The black girl and guy at check in were nice during all 3 of my visits here. Switched from Kaiser because it was cheaper for insurance through my job. The nurse couldn't find a vein in either arm, so another nurse had to try and failed as well but was super friendly (Janeth). Dr Om was great, in and out, prescribed my meds, etc. So I had to come back a 2nd time to try and draw blood...scheduling error on their end. Wasted a day of work AND they charged me by accident. Today I came for a THIRD TIME to get blood work done and FINAAALLY ROSA YIN was able to get it done!!! She was amazing. She was gentle and made sure I didn't pass out LOL! Even though it sucked having to come back so many times, everything else was great and all of the staff here were professional and kind.

Their response to covid-19 is appropriate. The receptionist and the nurses were kind. However, I found myself overwhelmingly disappointed by the quality of care I received from my doctor. Based off the amazing reviews I saw for this particular doctor I just knew we would have a good connection. Instead she told me how I was "supposed" to be feeling and rushed me out the door. I didn't feel comfortable to share how I felt, because she already made assumptions, so I shut down. It felt like she was ready for me to be gone from the office. Rushed. No questions for how I felt, just rushed and standard. Like I was a number. I'm thinking this place is too busy for new patients....read full review

I came here for a Doctors visit -- a general wellness check. I made appointments online to see Dr. Joyce C Chang and she was one of the best doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am a skeptical person, when I look for Doctors, I want to make sure that they'll treat me like an important person rather than a number that just walks in the door. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and pleasant when it came to the pre-screening stuff. Dr. Chang was also extremely nice and helpful when it came to my wellness check and was honest with what I should be doing. After my appointment with Dr. Chang, she made a couple referrals to other Doctors that specialized more in what I was looking for and made it extremely easy for me to schedule appointments with said Doctors. I am extremely happy that I gave this place a chance and I'll definitely refer this place to others!
