I had a great experience working with Sarah for my taxes. She was incredibly nice, patient, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much less stressful. My husband and I have been going to Yuri for the past several years. Yuri is very kind, and easy to speak to. She has always done her best to make sure we got the most out of our tax returns, and I can say that she truly cares! I have been a customer of this Pronto Income Tax location for several years and each time the service was quick, pleasant, and effective. The most important thing to me is that they know what they are doing - they know what to file and they do it quickly enough that I receive any refunds within a week. This year I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I have gone in the past when there was a wait time but I don't think I ever waited longer than half an hour and the actual service time was quick for me.
