I want to start off by saying my esthetician was Joan and she made my experience wonderful! I had the day off and randomly decided to look for a place to get my first facial! I called to see if they could squeeze me in and I was lucky Joan could accommodate me. I choose the PG Ultimate Facial, and once I got settled in Joan made sure I was comfortable and checked in consistently to make sure nothing was hurting during the extraction. I have been going here for at least 7 years and my skin has improved so much. I specifically have Joan work on my face and she does wonders! She is truly nice, friendly, caring, and so knowledgeable with her treatment on me. Even my mother has been doing facial treatments with her and she loves having Joan take care of her skin too! We always go here and especially with Joan, we would never seek any other person to do such an amazing job. My skin has improved so much and I really enjoy having her do my facial treatments.

Joan took in my boyfriend and I last minute for 2 facials and we enjoyed every second of it. She also took time to explain to us what we can do to help out our skin on a daily basis which was helpful since I have sensitive dry skin. I recommend booking with Joan for any facial needs !
