Please don't go to this clinic. The nurse practitioner called Diana albidres. Was extremely cruel. She asked for my medical information decided to prescribe another medication. Now I'm educated I am aware of different medications. Told her I was in pain. I needed Ibprofen. She wanted to give me a mind altering meditation. I told her please just prescribe 600 milligrams of IBUPROFEN. She tells me look I already told you what I can prescribe. You can go purchase the medication at cvs on your own. Then the CNA. Takes my blood pressure. I asked her please can you draw my blood. For lab work. The incompetent CNA tells me oh I didn't know you wanted that not everyone wants...read full review
This place is terrible!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. I made a appointment for my son to be seen. His appointment was scheduled for 2:15. I got my son out of school early and was there at 2 pm to check in. We checked in and the receptionist told us to have a seat they would call us soon. By 2:25 I asked the receptionist if the doctor was running late because our appointment was at 2:15. She then said our appointment was at 2:20 and that they will call us soon. Then at 2:35 The receptionist said our appointment was actually scheduled for a different location and we can't be seen. When I made the appointment I called this location. My son has never been seen anywhere else. It made no sense. She then explained it was a mistake made by the person who scheduled the appointment. She would not give me his name. Why did it take her 35 minutes to tell me we were in the wrong place. Meanwhile we were sitting in a germ filled packed waiting room with gross nasty people coughing and hacking. This place has terrible customer service and staff that doesn't know how to do their jobs. I'm looking into changing providers because this bullshit is Unexpectable.
The Doctors are ok. Have had a serious misdiagnosis though. As for the utilization, they are clueless. Having a serious procedure in my brain and they made an anxious time in my life very stressful. My primary Dr Fathy is amazing.
