Laundry 360 On Main is a well-managed facility with plenty of machines for clothes, snacks, and drinks. The clean and nice environment is maintained by the staff, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. Although it can get crowded at times, the staff's excellent customer service, particularly Ana's, makes up for it, providing a better laundry experience than other places in Carson.

I came to wash and I used a washer that was a water saver type of washer. So I didn't get the suds n water that I would have liked. The employee offered to refund me. I told her it was not necessary but she understood. She also observed that the wash was not sudsing n water was low so she refunded my $4. That's first for me at a public laundry facility. Great customer service. Plus facility is always clean.

I'm a big fan of this location. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the machines are great. My only complaint is that there always seems to be broken down machines. Today (10/1/23) I counted no less than 10 machines out of order. The eight load machines is my favorite, but again, it was out of order. I would love to give this location 5 stars but the broken down machines is a continuing problem.

Super clean and well managed facility. Plenty of machines for clothes, snacks, and drinks. It does get a little crowd at times but it's to be expected with such a well run place
