I have been going here off and on for about 5 years and I get the results that I want. You can drive to Manhattan Beach if want but why not support a local business in your community that provide the same service.

I am so glad i found fit and fabulous. I needed a little help on my journey. The plan really works. You still have to do your part. Meaning excerising and watch what you eat. Mya is so helpful and very knowledgeable and Real.. Glad you are in the city of carson.

If I could give Fit and Fabulous 10 stars I would! "My" is AMAZing, she is a fitness and health wellness guru. She works with you to reach your goals. The best part is she's very empathetic and is an expert PA in her field and she will get you to your ideal weight loss goals as long as you are serious about your weight loss. I can't say enough about My & her team of professionals, she has a kind heart, & courageous spirit. Thank you for assisting me on my weight loss journey!
