Hours definitely are NOT what is reflected on the website. Closing time states 6pm. However, the latest they allow dental appointments to be scheduled is 3pm. That is not convenient for most working people. It is not worth it to take off work early for dental cleaning when I can switch to another dentist that is more accommodating to working people. I hate to leave because this office is close to home. But I have to go where it is more convenient for my job.

I'm not one to complain, but Dr. Ezeani is not the dentist for me. I invested several thousands of dollars in him to create a bridge for me. He tried at least 3 or more times to get it right, but to no avail. In the process of measuring, and remeasuring the length of my front teeth and submitting it to the lab responsible for creating the bridge, it kept coming back the same way. For some reason the lab didn't know how to lengthen the front teeth. Then, he damaged my existing lower partial by shaving it down to nothing, and caused me to start talking with a lisp. Needless to say, after the 3rd fitting, it didn't fit right and eventually became loose in about 6 months. I never went back, I was done. Family and friends have asked me if I was going to sue him, I won't, even though he made a mess of my mouth. The reason I won't, is because he seems to be a good person, and seemed to care about me and what I was going through. I just paid him off and went back to my original doctor and I'm having everything corrected which is costing double what I paid Dr. Ezeani. If you want your teeth cleaned or extracted he is ok, but it stops there as far as I'm concerned.

This is a very thoughtful doctor! When we look for a doctor we try to find these qualities! Competence - compassion - communicative - and courageous! Competence in that when we walked in due to hype tension I asked the doctor which anesthesia is the safest? Carbocaine 3 percent was indicated for us may differ in others of course. Compassion due to we have been to others where if blood pressure is high they say just relax and all about business! Yet this doctor told my parent to go home it is high a bit:) Come back tomorrow when it is lower. Then other dentists try to take out as many teeth to then perform more work yet this doctor was looking to save the most he could!! His professionalism along with his compassion blew us away! Then he is communicative! Meaning allows for input and as a team lets do this! Many in the past I have seen get angry at me if suggest anything. Ego trip of theirs :( Anyway ... the Dr. is courageous I say due too is a solid doctor you feel like he knows what he is doing!! And when he does not he simply refers you to an oral surgeon and well deserves a great review least I can do. Today I joined YELP. NO NEED TO REPLY to me and thank me if any advise helped. Just hope anything shared does help any one.
