The European Wax Center at Carson employs THEE BEST STAFF from the desk to the Waxperts! My most recent visit, the front desk personnel, Kayla was so professional and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable of products and services and extremely personable. The warmth continued to my service. My waxpert, Kayla(Go Figure) was very friendly, professional, expeditious, and funny!! I honestly enjoy every visit to the Carson site,opposed to other sites, especially(Manhattan Beach ?) Know that I live very near Manhattan Beach, but choose to drive miles over to Carson simply for the pleasant customer service!
I had been hesitant of coming back due to a previous bad experience. After booking with Alexandria I definetly will continue to be back on my regular schedule. She made sure to make me feel confortable and had a great wax result. Definetly will be back in a few weeks.
Big shout out to my wax specialist Gabriela! She is truly the best and is so patient with you. She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable throughout your whole appointment. I highly recommend her and I was very impressed after my first appointment with her. If you want someone to be gentle and give you some helpful tips to keep your skin smooth and healthy, definitely book your appointment with her.
