I have really bad nerve damage in my feet. I've been looking sor a nail salon to do my toes correctly for YEARS. I went here and they handled them without complaining. I travel from West Covina to Carson just for a pedicure despite the gas prices right now. I love it hereServices: Manicures
My family and I have been coming here for years. With many things, it has definitely changed and the nail technicians that would consider us regulars, are no longer there. Still, we get our nails done here and I felt compelled to write a review b/c there were a few things that I felt were worth noting: 1. The place is and always has been clean. This is definitely worth mentioning because for a decent sized space, it can often get crammed but Diamond Nails has always done a great job at keeping their space as open as possible. Regarding safety measures during COVID, they have plexi glass surrounding the chairs so you'll be pretty safe especially since they require masks. 2. The technician that did a pedicure for me was rough. She did a good job and my toes look fab, but she wasn't as sensitive or gentle as I would have liked her to be. At one point, she nearly stabbed my toe and I don't think she realized how aggressive she was being. Lol, it's all good though. I just let her know that it was a bit much and she adjusted. 3. The prices have increased. Instead of $12 for a regular pedicure, it's now $20. I guess that's the norm these days but just something to know. If you want to add the callus remover treatment it'll be $5 in addition to your pedicure. We added the callus remover and the technician rushed the process. Instead of letting my feet soak in the gel, she applied it and then a minute later took it off. I've done callus remover treatments before and they've all been pretty consistent in letting the feet marinate for a short while (at least 10 mins in my experience). This was a bit odd since my aunt and I were the only customers in the shop.
The best place for a pedicure. Ask for LILLY the absolute best non rushed massage and detailed pedicure. First time here, rushing to find a place because my usual spot was out of way. Definitely coming back.
