I love the kettle I purchased. It is almost a piece of art that I will leave on my stove top at all times. Not to forget the unmatched quality. Viking Matte Black and Copper Stainless Steel Whistling Kettle. I also love the charcuterie board which not only has a great look and functionality but consistent with the quality of their products. My guests are impressed and it is a conversation piece.

They called me, I answered with a 'hello' and after 3 more hellos they hung up on me. What an A-hole move. Way to do business.... So the take-away here is NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH CLIPPER CORPORATION

Clipper Corporation really needs to look up the definition of "customer service" because this customer got the opposite of that.I had a problem with my clipper card and the first person I spoke to,"Joey",was so incredibly rude that I asked to speak to a supervisor and he actually refused!Finally after much argument he said he would get one and he put me on hold forever-after 24 minutes I finally hung up.I called back and the next person I spoke to was just as dismissive if not quite as rude.She did get a supervisor on the line after several minutes and I should not have wasted my time.Whatever happened to customer SERVICE?Remember when the customer... read full review
