Late review but wanted to make sure I posted it as I was very impressed with this company. I called Armando a year ago as I was facing a significant repair and wanted a second opinion. Armando was very helpful and responsive. My property management company ended up doing the job but I really appreciated that he was a straight shooter and seemed like the type of business owner that just cares first and foremost about doing the right thing for the customer. I was having issues with a back-upped bathtub which then travelled to the toilet and even to the garage sink. I tried everything on my own and remained unsuccessful. I DID not want to call a plumber. It was around Christmas time and the thought of even having to call in a professional made me sick. Most people don't have $1,000 in a savings account. I had no option at this point. The next task was to try to find a good company which could also be a stressful process. Of course, you search on yelp and other sites... look at the reviews. You even try to call friends and colleagues if they "Knew a guy". I kept eyeing this company. I knew for sure, I did not want "Big Business Corporation type"... I wanted to do business with a true family owned business... I wanted to make the appointment with the spouse... and then the dad and his young adult son come in to save the day. I always felt that a true family owned business would give you the better service with honest pricing. This is exactly what I found with this company... Instead of the dad working with his adult son, it was the older brother with his younger brother. Armando, at the first go, immediately figured out what the problem was and fixed it so we can properly utilize the bathtub and toilet again. He gave a detailed explanation on what the ultimate issue was (Tree branch in pipe) and how to have it addressed. He answered questions and repeated when necessary. The price given, even without me trying to find another quote, I KNEW was right in the ballpark for that type of work and it was something I could figure out financially without putting it on a credit card or needing to take out a personal loan. Now, I don't have to stress anymore about trying to find a professional for this type of job. Once I am satisfied with a job, that person/company will always be the go to person.. stored in my phone. No more going through yelp reviews. I have a professional pluming company stored in my phone forever.
