Anita was the agent we used for our first home purchase and she was hands down the BEST realtor that we have encountered! First she kept us informed about everything and called us daily with updates or just to check-in to see if we had questions. There was never a time that she was unavailable to us even late in the evening! She also is an excellent negotiator! Looking for your perfect home is only one part of the homebuying process but being able to have a realtor to negotiate a offer on your behalf that beats out 8 other buyers in a hot market is priceless!
