Anita was the agent we used for our first home purchase and she was hands down the BEST realtor that we have encountered! First she kept us informed about everything and called us daily with updates or just to check-in to see if we had questions. There was never a time that she was unavailable to us even late in the evening! She also is an excellent negotiator! Looking for your perfect home is only one part of the homebuying process but being able to have a realtor to negotiate a offer on your behalf that beats out 8 other buyers in a hot market is priceless! Even after closing escrow and things didn't look right on our final statement Anita continued to advocate for us until everything was taken care of. She goes above and beyond what a realtor should be and she truly has the best interest of her clients in mind, not trying to push us into just any property and making sure that we understand every step of the process. For the biggest purchase of your life you need Anita McNealy-Hill as your agent.
