Francisco and the team at Vazquez Roofing did an excellent job of re-roofing my home. Their sub-contractor Eagle quickly and neatly removed the existing shingles. Then the carpenters at Vazquez carefully repaired all the rafters and fascia boards that had termite and water damage. When it came time to put on new shingles, they carefully aligned all the rows and installed ridge venting. The final step was to install a replacement skylight that made a huge improvement in appearance and function. And now the roof’s been rain-tested with 100% satisfaction - zero leaks. Two thumbs-up to Francisco and his team.
