At Spark 45 I have received individual care and instruction; the scheduled appointments are always on time; and the environment is quiet with no other classes going on to interrupt the focused exercises. Danielle is wonderful!!!

Danielle at Spark45 is an excellent physical therapist. I had sciatica (lower back pain) and it wasn't going away. But through a series of easy exercises and massage, she basically cured it! She really knows what she's doing! And now I have a series of exercises I can use if I strain my back again.
