Danielle at Spark45 is an excellent physical therapist. I had sciatica (lower back pain) and it wasn't going away. But through a series of easy exercises and massage, she basically cured it! She really knows what she's doing! And now I have a series of exercises I can use if I strain my back again.

I'm so pleased with my progress and therapy from Danielle at Spark45. She is very reliable and professional and understanding with the process of getting back my strength and flexibility due to complete rotator cuff surgery. I recommend her to the 5 stars she deserves. If you don't want to hit the 101 fwy congestion, stay in Carpinteria!!! She's wonderful!!!
