WOW! From the first phone call to Serena this has been the most excellent plumbing experience ever. Is that possible? Had an odd size water heater, located up on a ledge in the garage. They set a time, same day, came when they said they would and got it done before end of day. Kept me informed all along the way. The very best customer service!!!!!
