Purchased multiple blinds here previously and was very happy with the quality and price, so went in on a whim today since we are in the process of a large update of our home, including replacing all of the flooring on both levels and 2 bathroom remodels. We already had some parameters for pricing and knew the general style of luxury vinyl flooring we were considering, but it was really helpful that Coast has so many options available which we weren't even aware of. Spent $9,000 on sofa, chair, and ottoman. Ottoman delivered with a smudge on it and I called to find out what I should use on the fabric to clean it. The person whom I spoke to said she would have my salesperson call me back, but I never received a call. The sofa and fabric are excellent quality but sooo uncomfortable. Salesperson came to home and measured but chair is way too big for living room. It would even have been nice if the salesperson had followed up with a phone call to see how I liked the product. Just really disappointed after spending that much money.

Where has Coast Supply been all my life? Their showroom is beautiful. I'm relieved to have a go to place for furniture, fixtures, flooring, counters...their customer service is over the top awesome. Josh and Chris have been so helpful with my mom's renovation. They have a background in design and there has been no need to hire a designer. They are designers! Ps... needed a couch and had one delivered in three hours. Who does that?
