I haven't been to Carpinteria since college in the 90's, and was surprised this cleaners was still here. Even more so, the same lady June was there as well! The old sewing lady was gone, and after asking, I found out it was her mother, and she passed away just last year. Saddening, but still extremely nostalgic to come back almost 25 years later. I used to get all of my "nicer" clothes in college cleaned here, and it felt so good doing it once more, with actual nice clothes haha.
