FANTASTIC and fast service! great prices, very responsive and easy to work with. Just call and you will never need another locksmith again! He’s helped me with truck keys, cabinet keys, locks, camper shell replacements, anything you can think of!
Our front door lock, handle, etc. needed replacement. I found Carpinteria Lock and Key online and called. Ricky answered the phone, asked me to send pics of the equipment, found a replacement, sent me a picture of it and gave me a reasonable quote. We set an appointment two days later and he came on time and professionally completed the job. He even drove out of town to find the equipment at no extra cost. Payment by credit card was easily available too. He was very communicative
These guys are awesome, Ricky in particular. I was locked out of a storage room in my house and called them. They said they were happy to come out but couldn’t be there for a couple hours. Offered to let me know if there was an alternative way to get open the lock if I texted them a photo. I did that and they walked me through getting the door open at no cost. Not to mention they quoted $125 for a lockout, which seems completely reasonable.
