These guys are awesome, Ricky in particular. I was locked out of a storage room in my house and called them. They said they were happy to come out but couldn’t be there for a couple hours. Offered to let me know if there was an alternative way to get open the lock if I texted them a photo. I did that and they walked me through getting the door open at no cost. Not to mention they quoted $125 for a lockout, which seems completely reasonable.
I just received some top tier ,prompt, courteous service by Ricky from Carp lock and key, what's more, quite fairly priced. Communicative about arrival time and tho' mine was more an inconvenience for me than it was an emergency, he prioritized it.
Very nice person.literally, service with a smile.
As long time homeowner in a "fixer upper" or even if you have newer construction, I highly recommend Ricky in particular. Great service+ great attitude n+great price=return customers
I think I know why now that Carpinteria Lock and Key has 5 stars across the board,So far so good, yesterday I called this gentleman Owner of CLK, and yesterday was a very stressful day for me,as for the life of me i could not find my car key? So Rick came to my rescue, I told him I think I locked my key Fob in my car?, he came from Ventura and unlocked my car for me, being a weekend he charged me a little more understandably, so after looking inside my car with help from my neighbor who was nice enough to even take me to the last place I was at Albertsons??, but how would I have opened my car and drive home if I didn’t have my Key Fob?, anyways so after Rick left he...read full review
