Prompt! Speedy and professional! I reached out to Joseph and his team at CPR to check the health of my cellphone battery. It was near dead as I expected. They had did not have the battery in stock but Joseph drove to pick it up from the vista location and had it back at the shop and installed within an hour.I will be taking all of my mobile and computer repair needs here in the future.Thanks CPR Carlsbad.

Instead of going to the Apple Store, waiting a long time, I decided to try a local place. This little shop only opened a few months ago, and I hadn't even noticed it, but I am glad now to know that it is there. Both the owner and the young man at the counter were extremely nice. There was no waiting, they took care of me right away. They fixed my phone immediately, and for less cost then expected. It's in a new little building, right along the coast highway, but there is ample parking behind. I am extremely pleased with their efficiency, and with the results. Feels like I have a brand new phone!

It seems like they don't communicate with each other at all. They repaired my phone but it took a week. Maybe it was ready sooner but nobody called to tell me.Update: Joseph took the time to call me and apologize and make things right. They are a new business and new to the insurance claim I used, which I can understand. This seems like a very honest company and would recommend.
