Cristai is a miracle worker for sleep training! We had Cristai as a sleep-trainer (mostly training for me, haha) and a night-nurse specialist. Before hiring her, I was going on 8 months with no longer than 2-3 hours at a time and had to go back to work. I am a parent who utilizes a hybrid RIE and attachment parenting style, so crying-it-out was not an option for me. Cristai helped me learn the differences between crying and fussing/settling and had my baby trained in 2 nights!!! I couldn't believe it. I needed ALL the hand-holding to get through it and she was there for me 100% of the way. My now 11 month old sleeps 12 hours a night and I am a different person now that I can sleep through the night too! I 100% recommend Cristai for you as a new parent or as a parent of an older infant (like me) who needs assistance with sleep! I wish I had hired her with my older son and earlier with my second son! If you are on the fence due to cost, it is worth every penny.
