I couldn't recommend Christian, Joann and his team more! I just closed on my first home, and Christian really took the time to explain everything to me, did not hesitate or seem annoyed at all by my many questions, and was easy to get in touch with. In our first meeting he took two hours to really go step by step and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He is also great at closing quickly if that's what you need! I hope to use him and his team again in the future!
