I have been working with Jay for over 10 years. He is a consummate professional with amazing insights into how to heal my body. Training for Ironman, he kept me healthy to the finish line and beyond!! Since then we have adapted to the needs of my body and focused on self care and maintaining my overall fitness to maintain an active lifestyle. I trust him to see me through any injury, and I offer him the highest recommendation. TULA is a place of respite and healing. I am only sad to be moving away and wish I could bring TULA, Jay, April \\u0026 others with me. It will be hard to replace such an integral component to my physical, spiritual and mental well being. April & Jay are all around wonderful humans! I'm an avid jogger, never sit down type that has endured three back surgeries including a fusion. My monthly massage membership with Jay keeps my body moving and I am forever grateful. Look no further - Tula Center for Bodywork is the best.
