I had about 8 visits of the Decompression table and magnet bed therapy with a young man named Jacob in the winter. Explained what was going on and was very kind and hospitable. Sarah the receptionist was also very kind and scheduled appointments smoothly. Expensive therapy however I think it's worth it. Jacob used some sort of fast massage gun and he was great at relieving some of the pain.

I'm so glad I found Natural Foundations. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, and have always made me feel very comfortable. You can tell they really care about their clients and are dedicated to their practice.If your looking for the best body & skin care treatments I would definitely check them out.

I've been receiving the Emsella chair treatments for pelvic floor therapy since the summer, and it has been life changing! (Both my kids were 10 lbs. babies, so finding something like this has been transformative!) I now go in sporadically for as-needed treatment, and I still love it.The practice itself is AMAZING. Everyone here is so caring and knowledgeable. The space and people are so welcoming and you feel comfortable right away. They're also easy to communicate with--phone, text--they're so responsive. I really recommend them, especially any moms (of any age!!) who are looking for pelvic floor PT.
