IN-SHAPE is a great athletic club to be a part of! They have expanded into 2 buildings, including a outdoor area, as well as indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and cold plunge. I really enjoy working out at IN-SHAPE because I feel that I can train in various ways, whether it is using machines, or the turf areas. I would highly recommend IN-SHAPE to others as it is a great gym for all ages and levels of fitness.

All of the staff is so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We also appreciate that there's a good variety of equipment and never a wait for using it. In-Shape is always clean and all equipment in good repair.
