Capitola Health Center is known for its caring and effective practitioners. Dr. Handloff is described as gentle, kind, and a miracle worker who makes a big difference by healing and relieving pain. Dr. Rios is new to the practice but highly compassionate, informative, and dedicated to spending time with patients. Both doctors are experienced in new treatments and have helped patients tremendously.
Dr. Handloff is a magic miracle worker. Gentle, kind, caring and emmensely effective. He made such a difference in my life with his attention, attitude and ability to heal & take away pain!!
