Contacted brass built thru a referral. To work on my tankless water heater the circulation pump burned up. They replaced the pump and suggested we add a filter to help stop the hard water clog up the tank. The initial verbal quote went from 700 to 1300, after the were done.The kicker is that 2 weeks after I started getting a error code on the heater and when I contacted Charles he said that I isn't related to anything that they have done to the heater and will not even come back and look at it or give me a referral to anyone that can help.So use at your own risk!!Apparently Charles doesn't like my review!! Charlie Meece did a great job on our water heater. He was responsive to our urgency, and explained what was happening. He was clean and neat himself. Replacement took less time than he estimated and price was as expected. He is our go to plumber going forward!!Highly recommend Brass Built and Charlie Meece!
