My wife and I closed on our first home in January 2025. It's a new-build. Having Marilyn as our realtor gave us so much confidence in our dealings with the seller (a builder). She asked questions that we didn't think of, and she helped us gather necessary information from the city regarding the building and the community, including city inspection reports, and details of a new traffic signal. I will absolutely work with her again.
Marilyn Bynum has been my realtor for the past 5+ years. I reached out to her after having a not so good experience with my first realtor. In the past 5+ years that Marilyn has been my realtor, she has successfully helped me buy and sell two homes. Marilyn made what could have been a very stressful process relatively easy. She successfully negotiated two deals, making sure I made money on my investments, while also making sure I stayed within my budget when purchasing my new properties. I am a very picky buyer.
