Sciatica. Massage effectively relieved my pain. After I mentioned my pain, Cindy focused extra time on my left thigh, which was causing me particular discomfort. I am very grateful to her.
Amy is excellent at medical massage. I came in with significant back tightness and wanted treatment that was more focused than a regular massage. She took time to understand where the discomfort was coming from and worked specifically on those areas. The pressure was firm but controlled, and the entire session felt purposeful. My back felt much less stiff afterward, and I was able to move more comfortably.
