“Contacted John McCraw Electrical concerning the malfunction of our Kidde Smoke Alarms which were installed by the business more than a year and a half ago. All 7 smoke alarms were loudly blasting simultaneously at 3am to 6am every 10 minutes. It was a false alarm and couldn’t turn them off using the hush button. Finally, the smoke alarms quieted down. Left a message at the office. Merry Jayne called me back after the weekend on Monday morning. She was wonderful in making sure that the problem would be taken care of as soon as possible. Great Customer Service! We made an appointment; John and Chris replaced all 7 Kidde Smoke Alarms with 10 Year Sealed Lithium Batteries. Will call on MerryJayne and John McCraw Electrical in the future!”
