My pool repair guy connected me with this place and our experience horrible. I believe the owner Tony is unreliable as soon as he gets paid and stops responding before the problem is solved. His crew came and did there thing, found a leak which I had repaired, however we still had water loss. He sent a crew out again who found another leak which again was quickly repaired but we also knew that wasn't the problem because the water was going below that leak. After trying to explain to this guy that wasn't the only problem he told my pool guy, sorry I guess I dropped the ball on this one, clearly taking responsibility, but refusing come back.

Joe is great. Hes a standup guy. I had a leak. He found it. He fixed it. One happy customer in Santa Clarita Valley. His prices are fair and he does what he says he will do. He responds quickly as well. He takes the time to explain everything to you afterwards. So if you have have a leak go see Joe!!

After almost 30 years in Santa Clarita, we moved to Alabama for a once in a lifetime job. We love Santa Clarita and we love our house. So, we decided to let our house become someone else's home until we return. That means we have to fix things when they break and we cannot tell renters to wait. We have had the worst luck with folks lately. They are too busy to take the work (imagine!), make appointments they do not keep, make promises they do not keep. ...and then there is Joe. I called and they actually showed up! They located and fixed our pool leak and our tenant is very happy. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, and for a fair price. So, why 4 stars and not 5? The water diverter handle broke during their diagnostics and the technician did not tell Joe or the tenant. Had I not said anything, I wonder if the technician would have said something. They did replace the diverter, but that is now leaking. I have full confidence that they will be back to fix the leak. Joe seems just that honorable. I highly highly recommend him.
