I must admit I was a bit cautious in calling a plumber with a $ 30.00 per drain coupon. Of course they are looking to build their customer base with a such a low fee offer. Yes we known it isn't always possible to simply run a snake down the line to clear all problems. And yes more expensive repair methods may be required. After a horrible with a plumber many years. I was extremely nervous when the arrived. They quoted the advertised fee for two drains. The gentlemen were very professional. The equipment they brought into my home was extremely clean , and yes Emanual (Manny) & Jonathan's (Johnnies) uniforms were very clean. They cleared the lines as promised. Clearing lines can usually leave a mess, and yes it did.. I initially expected to clean up a mess. Yet when I returned to the room it was spotless. Very happy with the on time professional services. Highly recommended.
I was referred to Steadfast by a friend of 45 years. She has used them many times and had nothing but good things to say about them. They came to my house, checked everything out, diagnosed the problem worked all day and at the end of the day everything was finished. Both Omar and Michael were very professional. .Omar explained what had to be done very clearly. I am an “older” senior citizen and they were very patient with me answering all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs plumbing work done.
