I needed a tiny screw to install a hard drive on my son's computer, but couldn't find any locally and he didn't want to wait for a set to come on Amazon. I called R-Tech and they said to come over and pick one up and didn't even charge me. Roger was super nice and helpful.

I have used R-Tech for several Windows computer issues. Roger and his staff have always been competent, efficient, helpful and fair. They upgraded my last computer, making it much faster. When I decided to replace my 11 year-old Lenovo desktop, Roger suggested I buy a laptop plus a monitor so I could have the portability of a laptop, plus the convenience of a large screen and full-size keyboard. He sold me an HP laptop and a 27" monitor at a very competitive price. He transferred everything on my old hard drive to my new computer. The customer service and support are superb. I am pleased to recommend R-Tech for all Windows computer repairs and sales.
